The Greencastle Archives, established May of 2025, is dedicated to preserving and
digitizing Greencastle's history in order to create a more accessible wealth of knowledge.
Its members are from the Rho Kappa National Honors Society of Greencastle-Antrim
Highschool. Under the care of the Archives are Tayamentasachta artifacts, yearbooks, school
newspapers, school related materials, and more. Students work with advisors to digitize
artifacts on this website to be able to better connect artifacts to one another and to share these
findings with the community.
Tayamentasachta, out of which we are based, is a Native American name meaning living water.
